Membership is something we are offering to clients who want to make a commitment to regular treatments. In return for regular auto-payments we offer you a choice of membership levels which provide great value and discounts for the member.

There is a compulsory initial three (3) month period for all memberships, however after this period membership is on a monthly basis – there are no ongoing long term contracts.

One month notice (30 days) is required to cancel the membership after the introductory period has finished.

It is unlikely that health funds will provide rebates on membership package massages, however we strongly recommend clients contact their health fund directly for advice. 

HICAPS cannot process rebates for membership packages, however you can still use your allowance on complimentary therapies (subject to your Health Funds options) or additional massage treatments

If you purchase additional massages in your membership, ie you are a Bronze Member and have used your monthly massage, but purchase an additional massage to use then this item can be claimed on HICAPS.

Tax invoices will be available for clients on request as needed.

Massages are valid for three (3) months. Members can automatically roll their unused massages forward for a period of up to three (3) months.

No refunds will be offered for unused massages.

Vibrant Life Massage has chosen Ezidebit as their payment service provider. Members will provide their credit card details (via an encrypted site) and charges will be made monthly on the anniversary of your joining date ie Sign up on 3rd of the month, all payments will be processed on the 3rd of the month.

Tax invoices will be available for clients on request as needed.

The onus is on the member to keep their card details up to date. Staff at Vibrant Life Massage can’t see your details, so we are limited in our ability to help in this area.

Most of the promotions we offer will not be available to membership clients, however you do always have the option of purchasing additional treatments during a promotion if desired.

Unfortunately no promotion will allow you to discount your already amazing membership rates, but you experience your membership benefits all year round rather than only during promotional periods.

Yes. Every time you setup a membership, a Establishment Fee will be charged. If you terminate your membership any further actions will be treated as a new membership.
It is not possible to suspend our memberships. If you need to take an extended break – for work, health or travel reasons, we will end your membership. You are welcome to commence a new membership on your return.
Any appointments that are “Late Cancelled” – with less than 12 hours notice as per our clinic Cancellation Policy will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% of the appointment value.
If you are deemed a “No Show” – that is you do not attend the clinic or advise us of your inability to attend, then you will forfeit one prepaid massage, or equivalent charge if your prepaid massage has already been redeemed.

We will make all reasonable efforts to contact you on the day, but the onus is on the member to advise us of your movements.
